These Once Upon a Paper Terms & Conditions apply when you access, use or visit the Once Upon a Paper website located at (the “Site”), and the services provided through the Site (the Site and these services constituting the “Service”).  The Service is provided to you by Once Upon a Paper (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “OUAP” “we,” “us” and “our”). You must agree to these Terms of Use in order to use the Service.  If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions at any time, please cease use of the Service.

  1. Privacy Policy.  In connection with your use of the Service, please review our Privacy Policy, located at to understand how we use information we collect from you when you access, visit or use the Service.   The Privacy Policy is part of and is governed by these Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Privacy Policy and agree that we may use information collected from you in accordance with its terms.

  2. Refund policy. Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at [] operated by OUAP. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 2 calendar days of your purchase. After the 2-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. You may receive a credit (up to our discretion). If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us at

  3. Proofing Projects. Once Upon a Paper is not responsible for errors caught, after the proof is approved by client. Please review proofs thoroughly before approval

    1. Proofs are provided to all clients for printed material. **ALL printed material requires written approval (whether written signature, text message or email) before going to print. We will not release any artwork without the "ok" from a client. Period.

    2. Once you approve a proof, you are responsible for the content. Always check your proof carefully for spelling errors and content accuracy.

    3. Once a job has gone to print, it is difficult to stop the presses. If your job has already printed, you are responsible for the cost - ***even if you discover an error afterwards. If the job needs to be re-printed, the client is responsible for the re-print costs.

    4. If you have a deadline, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to review and approve artwork. If we do not receive the ok to print, even if the job is "perfect" - we still will NOT PRINT without your written approval. It is needed to cover both of us.

    5. Again, Once Upon a Paper is NOT responsible for errors on print work *after client has given final approval to print. We are not copywriters. It breaks our heart anytime a client comes back to tell us of a small error they found AFTER a job has been printed/picked up. The proof approval is meant to avoid this situation.

    6. Double check everything! When Once Upon a Paper (or any designer) sends you a proof, double check your spelling and any important information on the page. This will save you money! So look it over yourself and have as many people as you can look it over. The more eyes, the better!

  4. Project completion policy. OUAP has the right to terminate a project if a client fails to respond to the project design within 10 business days. If the client decides to resume the project, clients are required to resubmit payment for the service(s).

  5. OUAP has the right to terminate a project if the client fails to submit their project design forms within 60 days of purchasing. If the client decides to resume the project, clients are required to resubmit payment for the service(s).
