1. What are your hours of operation?
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am-5pm. Please allow 1-3 business days for email support.
2. What is your turnaround time on design?
Immediately after you submit payment, you will receive a form to complete. You will be able to choose the date that you want to receive your service drafts.
Our dates are subject to change based on our availability.
10-12 business day turnaround: Business cards, Flyers, Instagram Highlights, Social media templates, and other business stationery
3-4 week turnaround: Logo design, Illustrations, Custom invitations
5 week turnaround: Wedding Stationery, Website designs and other large/custom projects
We value our clients and our goal is to create designs you will love, while celebrating your life in print!
3. Do you offer rush service?
Absolutely! Rush service rates depends on the project and the timeframe in which you need your job completed. The expedited rate is between $40-$150.
4. What is you refund and exchange policy?
You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 2 calendar days of your purchase for logo and branding purchases. After the 2-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. You can receive a credit. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Due to the personalized nature of the items, refunds will not be given. If you receive your order, and it was damaged during shipping, customer must reach out within five business days of receiving over. Order will be replaced with photo proof of damage.
5. When will I get my files?
We will send you the final files upon your approval. Please allow 1-2 business days.
If you ordered a design, as is, from the website with no personalization, your file will be sent to your email immediately.
5. I didn't order a service, but an actual product, how long will it take to ship?
Great question! If you ordered a product like printed business cards, a banner, invitations, etc. - please review the answer in question #2 for the design turnaround. Add 3-5 business days, as the product will then go to print, the next stage in finalizing your custom design order.
If you ordered a product that requires no personalization, please allow 3-5 business days to ship.
