Cancellation Policy

I am excited to work with you! Your time is valuable and I respect the work that you do. I usually respond to emails within 48 hours during my office hours. I only book a select number of clients at a time so that I can give each project my utmost attention. To book a consultation, a non-refundable fee of $75 is due at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from your website/branding project. After our consultation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your project. **Please note, the consultation fee will not be applied to any other service offered by Once Upon a Paper - it is only applicable for website + branding services.
